The Courses
Boot Camp (Groups 1-12)
This is the basic 6 week Boot Camp course, comprised of 3-4 sessions per week where each workout is a victory. This is basically the best training you will ever get. It is a mixture of military training and sports training which adds the personal approach you would get from a personal trainer. The group numbers do not indicate a level of difficulty, but are simply used to separate the groups into a schedule.
Rookies
A Boot Camp course designed for those who want to ease into the Boot Camp lifestyle. Here you start at a moderate pace and work your way to regular classes as your fitness level increases. Get to learn the basic movements and enjoy the results every week!
Boot Camp Elite
Boot Camp for the advanced. Boot Camp Elite has an open physical fitness test three times a year where you can enter the Elite program by completing the minimum requirements. Boot Camp Elite trainees can train in every Boot Camp group available but the instructors will push them even further and make sure they get that little extra training they "think" they want.
BC Outsiders
Each training session in this course takes place outdoors regardless of weather conditions. Perfect for those who enjoy outdoor activity and don’t mind a few raindrops while working out. The workouts take place on various locations and the instructors know how to use their surroundings to their advantage.
G.I. Jane
This one is for the ladies. G.I. Jane is specially designed for women of all ages. Ladies, aerobic classes are a thing of the past. Push-ups, sprints and sandbag training is the way to get in shape! Train Boot Camp style in this difficult but fun class.
Boot Camp Junior
These Junior classes are for teenagers, ages 12-15. In these classes they learn to perform exercises the right way, increase their self confidence and have a great time while doing it. Instead of sitting in front of your computer, meet new friends and get in better shape at the same time.
Hell Weekend
Train with former US Navy SEALs and experience what it takes to join their unit in this shorter version of the infamous Hell Week. You will be pushed beyond your limits and only the tough will survive and graduate from this 36 hour course. The next Hell Weekend will be held in the summer of 2010.
